as no expected change in syllabus 

Do Self study and Start your preperation now itself... But go for coaching classes on 2012. So that you can gain better understanding during classes and also it will keep u updated... All the best...

for the coaching of subjects of dt and idt u should start them from may 2012 batch

for other subjects, u should join as early as possible

As u hav said theory subjects can b easily done by self study but for practical subjects it is olwayz advisable to join coaching.

It wud be better to join SFM and costing first.then accounts and then IDT and DT.As various changes are expected in taxation area so better to join it later.u can start vid sfm or costing.in this year finish costing and sfm.In next year first half do accounts and in later half do taxation.
