Ca final classes

Dear DILIP,

Start no later than April for preparation for N12 Exam. There are various options for students to take clases, in Metro cities, Online etc. choose the subject where you need help  and go for classes.

Law & Auditing you could do on your own, similarly ISCA can be done on your own

for practical subjects - Financial reporting, MAFA,Costing , Income Tax - you may need help - depends on your interest level.

Financial reporting - There are only 2 main topics which revolves around the basics of Accounting - Brush up VALUATION - basics goodwil,shares & then start reading ACCOUNTING standards not as theory but applicabaility. Itw oudl be better to take few balance sheet of companies and also practically see the application of standards. More reading is required. consolidation of Balance sheet is another big topic for Final

MAFA - Revise Basic Capital budgeting, Leverage, - FM topics from IPCC before starting classes.

Income Tax - Revise Heads of Income basics - For final you need to focus on Section 100 to 290+ in the class. and collate and read cases studies of heads of income of last 3 years before starting class.

Classes are there for guidance, while preparation can start from Today.
