Question 3B says T "LTD" didnot report in 3CD..

doesnt it bear a conceptual error...??

how can T LTD prepare form 3cd? it is prepareed by the auditor.

I had written that T LTD was a mistake in question paper while it shall be T "and Co." ( assumed) and then gave my answer as that it has to report in 3cd at any cost since 3cd states a true and CORRECT view..

Is my view correct...?? the question reconstructed was clearly shown at the beginning of the answer.

Guyz it alwayz same, Auditing is comparitivly very easy in the Group, but marks v get is vry low.... U all might be knowing it. My frien who attepmted 100 marks...such a brilliant guy.....got 41

Dear karan institute was very correct this time in writing T ltd. because most CA's ask the client only to fill the form 3cd and then just reviews and signs it :P

practically toh aisa hi hota h!!! :P

@ Karan- Form 3CD is prepared by co. n cheked by auditor practically...

auditor makes 3CA n 3CB acc to co. n nt 3CD
