all the 45 sections+ accounts and audit chapter of companies act 2013 are applicable for nov 2014 exams..refer the supplimentaries issued by icai.. those are for law and audit as well so incorporate all the changes in audit as well and do accounts and audit chapter of companies act 2013 i.e. only amended one not the old one since its fully changed...
