I cleared my IPCC both group on Nov 2013 attempt. And joined articleship on 8th march 2014. Then I took transfer on 12 june 2014. Till now I have not joined any other firm. Is there any time limit for joining other firm? And also is there any impact on my ca final attempt?

Maine article ship april'14 main join ki thi.. lekin ab mujhe transfer leni h yaha se.. but principal transfer nhi de rha yr...pls suggest..
I don't understand why it is delayed. can you tell me what provisions are there reagarding transfer of articleship?
