No, there is nothing as such... People around are creating rumors... And best advise to you i can give is.. Instead of asking and discussing about anything relating to rules and regulations of institute on social platforms better call up the institutes reception and they will reply or call a senior person in the institute for clarification. Thanks!!!

I have seen on the site of ICAI.

The candidate must have completed the practical training as is required for admission as a member or is serving the last twelve months of practical training on the first day of the month in which the examination is scheduled to be held.
