Dear the changes are proposed... No1 knows that what changes will actually take place. Even if changes are applicable from May 2016 exam than too u can on ur own choice bcm a part of change or u may not
If u register for Final before the changes applicability dates than u will have to attempt with the current syllabus and if after that, than with the new course
