Please state the name of studies is it B.Com( A&F) ? If you have completed it with Grade C then you can join CA through Foundation mode because for direct entry mode you have to fulfill the criteria as : .

Commerce Graduates/Post-Graduates (55%) or Other Graduates/Post-Graduates (60%),

 with this criteria you are eligible to Enrol with the Institute for Intermediate Course.
