Important Announcement for students of CA Final (Old) Course

Sub: Discontinuance of CA Final Examination under the old syllabus.

------------

 

          Students are hereby informed that the CA Final (Old) Course shall be discontinued with the holding of the November, 2010 examination.  In other words, November, 2010 examination will be the last attempt available to Final (Old) students and no further extension shall be granted under any circumstances. Final (Old) syllabus students shall have to mandatorily switch over to the Final (New) syllabus after November, 2010 examination.

          Students who have passed one of the Groups in Final (Old) examination will get Group-wise exemption in the Final (New) course Examination. Final (Old) students have an option to appear in the Final (New) examination in November, 2010 by switching over to Final (New) course by sending a prescribed “Application form for enrolment as a Student for Final Course” down loaded from the Institute’s web site to concerned Regional Office alongwith Demand Draft of Rs. 1,100/- (Rupees One thousand one hundred only) drawn in favour of “The Secretary, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India”, payable at concerned Regional Office i.e. Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Kanpur, Delhi, as the case may be, towards cost of Final (New) Course Study material.

2) Official Result Analysis:

3) Calculation:

Total Candidates appeared (Final Old): 59808 (13242+20049+26517)

Less: Total candidates passed : 5907 (458+2897+2552)

Candidates who may mandatorily require to opt the new scheme: 53901 (59808-5907)

Less: suppose 900/901 students drops CA

Rest of the candidates mandatorily require to opt the new scheme: 53000

INCOME FROM CONVERSION FEES ONLY: 5,83,00,000 !!!

I think you don't know how to think maturely or you are 4th idiot....Your friends are still putting dust on their old materials. That fees is for getting new updated materials so that they can be abreast with latest update.



Regarding wonderful calculation , Please first ask your friends to study like a CA course  and not like B.com/BBA.

Great calculation by you... If ICAI is after money then why do students want to change to the new course...

Tell them to quit CA and do MBA where u r required to spend a minimum one lakh rupees...

You are right Dinesh.... In India people have a very good skill to criticise any good thing(referring to ICAI action) . Those crtic  people won't do anything , they will simply blabber....
