CA certificate for loss on rented-out property- Noida/Chennai

My employer insists on CA certificate for claiming loss on rented out property in Noida. I will need a soft copy of the same. Pls. let me know if i can get from one of member CAs of this forum located at Chennai (at reasonable charges)
