C-from is proof against purchases

C-Form is basically a road permit, to move the material from one state to another. It is not the conclusive evidence that material is delevered. However, it can be used for ensuring that material crocess the boundry of the states but not ensure the delivery.

For filing a suit you must collect the evidence of delivery from the carrier of the consignment (courier service, transport etc if any,).

we have Challan Copy, and Transport Copy, and road Permit , but i want to know that he give us c-form after the apprx 1 year of purchases. and he dont send payment he says material is defective. when he book purchase in account then he send c-form after one year.

what c-form is give against defective material
