Hi. One of our parties has given C form with commodity descripttion as computer, printeres and software where as we have sold Scienific electronic items against C form. Does this C form is accepted by Sales Tax Dept.
Can any one clarify on this.

If bill number and date is same in c-form then descripttion will not be problem as per my opinion.
It is OK but please ensure that the same is not repeated. Give the list of commodities under CST registration which you have informed the sales tax department TO YOUR BUYER for future c-form purposes
