c form pending as on last date before gst starts

hello sir, i announced a firm in feb 2017.I  purchased machines from other state on the date of feb 2017 with cst 2%, c form pending , and vat return not be filed . now i discontinued this firm . please give suggestion what i do .

According to me, pls file the vat return payoff the liabilities or else department will recover by you later. apply for CForm or otherwise you have to make additional tax payment of Differential liability.
