We have issued 'C' form for less than invoice amount. Now party is asking another 'C' form for difference amount. So can we issue another 'C' form for same invoice? Please guide me what to do.

You can not issue one more C form for the same bill and also for the difference amount. If the difference is of small amount just ignore it or get that original C form back cancel it and issue one more for the same bill. If in your state CST forms are issued on line the system may refuse to issue one more form for the same transaction. Then you have to ask the department,either LVO orthe control centre to help you out.....mjk
