C-form from divided ap

Dear Experts,

We are chennai based company and we have supplied material to Andhra Pradesh customers during December-2013 to May-2014. One of the customer has given C-form dated 05.06.2014.

My doubt is whether c-form can be accepted with old TIN NO i.e, TIN no obtained before the AP was separated into Seemandhra and Telengana.

Kindly advise.
