 Hi Pavan,

I think its related to uploading of Intersate purchase details for getting C Form from Commercial tax department, Karnataka.

State Code, Statutory Form Code (S F Code) and Purpose code details are available in "CST User Manual" provided by the department.

State Code is an two character alphabet  specified for each state.

S F code means for which Form you are applying (currently only Form C is provided)

Purpose code means for which purpose you are purchsing from outside the state like whether it is for Resale, packing, etc.,
