HI, WE HAVE ALREADY APPLIED FOR C-FORM FOR THE PERIOD 30/03/2014, BUT NOW ACCOUNTS GOT FINALISED & WE COME TO KNOW ABOUNT NEW OMS PURCHASE, SO WHAT WE SUPPOSE TO DO?? WHETHER TO SUBMIT C-FORM APPLICATION FOR THAT PERIOD AGAIN WITH ALL OMS PURCHASE OR JUST FOR THAT ONE PURCHASE??
