On what amount will the buyer issue C-form to the dealer from other state.
You have to give C Form for 30000 Rs.
Buyer have to give C form for Rs.30600/- (including CST)
You have to consider Rs. 30600/- (Including tax) and excluding non tax items to issue form C. But if by mistake c form issued for Rs. 30000/- no matter, but you have to give explaination for difference...............
