Our company dispatched the goods to customer (Interstate), but goods are delivered in next quarter & the customer requests to change the date of bill due to C-form issues on quarterly basis. Whether is it possible & is this the right way to change the date of bill. Should we change the date of bill or not.

If your customer have not filed dvat return , then tell them to click option"yes" on purchase belong to other quarter" in form 2A.
If they have filed then the last option is to revise the return.
