I am having some issues regarding C Form.
1. C form comes under sales tax dept or not?
2. What is commercial tax dept? is it related to C form?
3. can c form issued by any company also or only dealers?
4. Who is consider as registered dealer....any example?
5.its allright that c form is issued when someone is doing interstate purchase...but if c form is not avaliable then how sale/purchase will made?
6. after all that...the main is that how C form take place? its allright that c form will be issued but how much copy it is having...nd whats d procedure for issuing it
