C form

Form C should be issue on invoice or document date

FORM C should be issued on Invoice date but it should be matching with your VAT return , some times the invoice have 31st of any month but your goods delivered to customer in next month accordingly ,this invoice reflects in customer place (if he is other state)next month VAT reretuns.ultimately both should be matching.

Pl provide any cases/judgement if you are aware of.....

here the point of movement of goods from 1st stage will be the considerble point and buyer/customer has to followers only, hence the date of invoice is only criterial for all cases and u can have Lorry receipt are your counter witness for sales tax dept.for evidencing.the same will be applied for all qtr's for a financial year.hope u got the point or u can call for any clarification over mobile 9848193211.
