I want to purchase a mobile phone from Amazon for my office purpose but Amazon denied to mention my (buyer's) GST on invoice. Amazon replying that it will be done only if I order through a business account on Amazon Platform.
But I am not dealing in mobiles, then why it is necessary to order through Business account on Amazon.
Please reply me what is actual process? What should I do? Is amazon correct?

Yes you have to order through amazon business account
Its similar to your individual account, here you can buy items for your business with GST updated on invoice You can create this account in your business name by updating your business GST number
