buy back of share me lower of 3 lateee h..

  • 25% no. of share

then issmee...no of share...equoty and pref both langeee ya only equityy

  • ​25% of (paid up sc + reserve)​

toh ishme paid up capital...equity +prefrence langaee...?

  • post debt equity is 2:1

toh yaha....eyuity means kya h...
