as the paper is gonna be a case study one should i go for practicing case studies or do with the theory questions....
plz guide me through this guys.....

No need to study Contract Act very carefully. If you use your mind you'll get lost somewhere. As per my suggestion give a very relax and cool reading. This method is best when you are doing self study and nobody is there to guide you.
First check the frequently asked questions from the scanner and make a mark in your book. When you reach there give it a bit close reading.
Do not worry yaar things will be all right.

You can use the same suggestion for negotiable instrument act. Agreed language wise it's a bit hard to understand. You should take help or discuss the content with your friends.
One of the best method to understand this kind of language is-- read the practical question along with its answer and apply this on the language. In simple words convert the practical question and its answer in the Example.

Dear intellectuals,
I am taking up my ipcc exams in NOV 2010.i find the ETHICS & COMMUNICATION part to be dry though easy to understand.HOW DO I NEED TO GO ABOUT THAT?? pls advise.
