Building construction for office and godown how can show this expenses in my books of accounts and itc should be claim or not on gst invoice of builder.

The total value incl of GST to be shown as fixed assets in the name of building and Godwon in your books of accounts, as per sec 17(5) block credit you are not eligible to claim ITC on the invoice raised by the builder in you.. the whole value will be capitalized in books of accounts.. अभय गुप्ता अधिवक्ता
