ITR3..... with audit report
ITR 4 only if profit margin declared as 6% of turnover.
if the assesse is not doing trading in shares but sold a part of investment and made a speculation loss of 1850.80.Which ITR form is required to be filled 1,3 or 4..
Sold part of investment (for delivery based transaction)..... comes under STCG/L
ITR2 or ITR3
