Hello Dhirajlal Rambhia Sir, Are IT services or "COMPUTER AND RELATED SERVICES" covered under section 44ADA this year, I remember Last year they were not.

I provide some data service and technical consultancy to person In US. Can i claim 44ADA. if yes then under which NOB.

Most of the computer related services require professional skill, also in most of the cases TDS u/s. 194J are deducted; which authenticate it for applicability of sec. 44ADA.

Last year CPC had some technical difficulties and as such there were many such complecations. But when replied to their queries with justifications, they were accepted and ITR processed. So that cannot be criteria for choosing section.

If you are technically qualified for the specific job/profession, you can adopt sec. 44ADA.
