Bus fee collection for school

In a school which is having bus on lease.till now there was a separate receipt generated in the name of bus operator and school fee receipt was generated in schools name. but now the school wants to collect bus fee along with school fee and then remmit the same to bus operator  .will there be any applicability of tds or school can remmit the actual collections to the bus operator
