Hi! I just wanted to confirm once for my satisfaction that the budget 2014 changes are not applicable for the nov 2014 attempt, right? It only applies to may 2015 & nov'15 attempt? It would be great if somebody could confirm. Thanks!

yep... it will be applicable for may and nov 15 exams
It will be applicable for May 2015 & Nov 2015 exams. Amendments, notifications & circulars upto 30th april 2014 will be applicable for nov 2014 examinations.
