WE cant say about declaration of IPCC and PCC Nove 2010 Exam yet. Because after got declared Date 5 feb 2011but  ICAI Always Sufferred from Technical Problems which is not good sign for Professionalism, so we can say you should get ur results one days after declared date 5 th feb 2011

yeah d date of 5th feb is 4 sure ............
