I want to know If we have make Invoice in INR but received the payment in INR from indian account only and the export has been done. All the export documents are there.
So BRC can be generated.
My bank is saying as the payment came from Indian account only, so they will not treat this shippment as export, so BRC cannot be generated.
Can you help now how can we generate BRC.?

A BRC cannot be generated for payments received in INR from an Indian bank account because such transactions generally do not qualify as "foreign exchange realization" from an overseas buyer. To obtain a BRC, payments must typically be received from abroad in a convertible currency or through an approved international trade mechanism.
