Branch Transfer procedure
If a company transfer goods to its other state branch for Display and Marketing purpose and not for sale. Whether the company is required to raise sales invoice or not. Please clarify in this reagards.

In case of branch transfer btw one state to another, company is required to raise tax invoice charging igst at appropriate rate of commodity.
