Books ordered in icai ols not received
Please anyone reply
I ordered 4 books in ICAI Online store portal. But I receive only 3 Books out of it . I enquired to my deliver Man , he also confirm it only 3 books contained Parcel no other parcel. Any solution for this. If I complaint to ICAI whether they easily solve it. Anyone had this experience before. please reply to it.

Call up online store and inform them about your grievance, hope they acknowledge the mistake in case if it has so happened.
