I am filling ITR 3 for my business, DO i need BOOKS OF ACCOUNTS for ITR 3 ?
My business turnover is less than 20 lakh

If you have not maintained Books of accounts, then you need to opt the option of 'books not maintained' and fill only required details while filling ITR3
Is 'books not maintained' its ok in ITR 3 ? NO issue will come ?

Thank you sir, But My nature business is confusing from the 1st day of Filling ITR. Let me explain to you my Nature of Business is Advertisement. (Selling advertisement space outside India). I used to get USD every month.
By this logic, i think I have to file ITR 4 with 44AD Right? Becuase its a noncash income(All digital) 6% of total Turnover.
