hey praveen sharma sir's book is best for accounts.it contains all the relevant chapters and if done properly then one can easily score good.

arre yaar i m talking abt Fianacial Instruments chapters...look at the module..parveen sir has just cover 40-45% of this

bcoz rest he'll do it in class.even i hv MP VijayKumar sir's bk its not at all good as compared to praveen sharma sir's bk.and i dont think there is any other good books for accounts apart from these two.people refer out of these two books only.

i can't refer MP Sir's buk bcoz it does not have Fianacial Instruments chapter in it

I can't Refer Parveen sir bcoz it's not covering whole of this Chapter...i took coaching frm him..that's y m saying

& i knw ICAI gonna ask gud quality questions frm this chapter this time

hey i m taking coaching from him.does he leave things inbetween?

I will not speak lie nor having any bad intention towards Parveen sir. He is awesom

But don't depend on him...u must do ICAI module along with his classes..specially for Accounting Standards...that's d reality...though he will cover 90marks paper no doubt..but for that 10 marks we have to fight ourself...

the teacher can only guide us & CA syllabus is not defined.......

arre yaar Parveen sir notes & ICAI module is sufficient but i m just lloking for more practice & concepts of Financial Instruments wich is not proper in Module as well...or u can say it's difficult

if u want  good q on financial instruments then buy the latest Shukla Garewal...its d ultimate book of accounts in india and considered as Bible of accounts.

Like V K Singhania in Direct Taxes.

but i can't find this buk at online stores
