Is it best to use study material and practice manual of ICAI to score good marks in IPCC may 2014

mainly for taxation and CAFM

can anyone please suggest ?

For CAFM-Institute material is sufficient. For Taxation you can buy Girish Ahuja. Just see once the book in the shop. You will find the concepts easy to understand alongwith practice problems. However, you should also work out the practice manual illustration for the taxation subject to score good marks. For more practice problems, you can download the free book from below link:
