Company Law - I will say ICSI material is enought after reading 1200 pages there will be no thrist unquenched and follow this site and notes in shared files .. ................. more then enough.

Income tax – Must read ICSI material apart from that if u have time singhaniya or Ahuja and Gupta otherwise Follow Banger,

Law=Munish Bhandari

For tax - undoubtedly go in for T.N.Manoharan...You can finish the subject with clarity in quick time

For company law - the material is one of the finest in the subject ( nt like ICAI material)...If u require one extra book, go in for K.S.Anantharaman's "Lectures on Company Law"...Use this as a revision time referencer

2.Which edition should i buy Income tax book ( T Manoharan).
