In yr company no of employee is more than 20 than bouns act is applicable.

ya u are eligibale for bouns. Minimum bouns is 8.33% of total basic salary which u got last financial year.
If the employyes of the company is more than 20 in number then the company is liable to pay bonus. A person who has worked for not less than 30 days in a year he is eligibel to get the bonus.
