Bonus act

Dear Sir/Madam,

i am working in Sanjay maitance services pvt ltd company.... whether i am eligibale to get full month salary? can you please explain. Thanks Paularj

If the employyes of the company is more than 20 in number then the company is liable to pay bonus. A person who has worked for not less than 30 days in a year he is eligibel to get the bonus.
