Bonus

Dear Jayesh ,

All the employee eligible for bonus .  after competing 1 year service . so if u work more then  1 year  u will eligible for Bonus .

as per bonus act ,the minimum salary must be 3500 tht is basic plus DA

however there is finance bill 2010 tends to amend the limit of 3500 to ten thousand for eligibilty of bonus

therefore in your case you wil eligible for bonus

dear charly,

please read the act carefully if you work for 30 days in an financial year you wil be still eligible for statutory bonus

so jayesh if you work for four months say for example you wil still be eligible for bonus

there is nothing in the act tht you have to complete one year of service

Dear Sripal Jain ,

Most of the company gave bonus every year on  dewali for the month of oct Respective Year . suppose i join  July In that Company . I completed Only  3 months . So Can i eligible for bonus .  And  Tell me is there any limit for bonus amount . Eg . One fellow getting salary  50,000/- Pm  He Get Bonus  Same Amount Only .
Is there any limit  bonus Act .

yaaa if you get more than 10000 per month u wont be eligible for bonus

2. ya you wil get proportionate bonus if you join in july,coz one wil be alwyas applicable for statutory bonus...if you have further doubts u cn read the act ,coz its mentioned 30 days u must be present thts it..and ya u have mentioned only one point wrng tht one must be one year of service...and other thing what u answred is perfect..so plzz dnt mind i found mistake ,i just wantd to clarify u
