goods imported  in india kept in bonded warehouse transferred from delhi  bonded warehouse to gurgaon bonded warehouse to  a party located in sez whether it will be a high sea sale or else.

if the exporter mentioned the party name in the Bill of Entry then i will be the high sea sale, otherwise it will be a local sale.
