Please seggest what is the legal provision For Convening The Board meeting (Time Limit Calculation )
3 months computed from the date of the adjurned metting held
or
3 months from the date when the original meeting was adjurned for want of Quorum .?

Board meeting should be held in every quarter. i.e one board meeting in Jan to Mar, other in April to June & so on. If one board meeting is adjourned in a quarter and the same held in the another quarter, then also Sec. 285 is not contravened[Sec. 288(2)]
The Adourned board meeting for quorum has to be constituted in the same day same venue and at the same time on next week.
