We are a TMT bar manufacturing company in Kerala. We have received an order from a company in Noida. The material to be delivered at a Project site in Kerala by us. The customer doesn't have any office in Kerala.
While preparing Invoice should we charge IGST or CGST & SGST ?

Yes IGST applicable for inter state supplies
But the goods is not going out of Kerala
If the buyer GSTIN number is of Kerala, then it is intrastate supplies. So cgst and sgst applicable
