Very good article Sanyam, thank u for sharing and giving the views...its true that even in small firm the work load is almost same and your studies and time never matters them...but the type of experience in big4 is really vast and great. And working with E & Y is really great thing. Though what you told is we get expereince in only one department is also your choice and if you have the will to learn you will learn anyways no one stop you from learning. Studing and managing your time is also your choice and efforts.  Thank you Sanyam for puting both +ve and -ve impacts of working in Big 4s.
