Yes, u/s. 119(2)(b) of IT act, in case there is any refund due.
Or u/s. 139(8A) of the act, if there is any tax liability.
No refund due no any liability, then not possible?

Can i file ITR U for AY 2020-21, AY 2021-22,. AY 2022-23 all three years now ?
