Belated A.Y 2022-23 ITR

Dear Experts,

Belated ITR for AY 2022-23 has been filled with late fees of Rs 1000, but still get intimation of demand of Rs 1000.

what issue it can be ? plz explain

Belated itr can be filed after the due date.. Subject to some conditions.
