राजनीति में वंश परम्‌परा जरूरी ?

अ ब राहुल गांधी सार्वजनिक रूप से कहने लगे हैं कि राजनीति में वंशवाद आवश्यक है। अब तक यह अवधारणा के रूप में ही काम करता जान पड़ता था। राहुल के इस बयान ने कांग्रेस के वंशवादी इतिहास पर भी मोहर लगा दी है। लोकतंत्र में इससे अधिक दुर्भाग्यशाली दिन और कौन सा आएगा, जब मेरा चुना हुआ प्रतिनिधि स्वयं को भावी अधिकारी भी मानने लगे।

क्या राहुल लोगों को सलाह दे रहे हैं कि हर दल में वंशवाद फैलता जाए और नागरिक प्राथमिकता के आधार पर उनको ही चुने। या कि उनके परिवार को सत्‌ताविहीन करने का प्रयास न किया जाए। भले खूब भ्रष्टाचार हो, स्विस बैंकों में खातों के आरोप लगें। इसी तरह के धन से चुनाव में वंशावलियां चलती हैं। राहुल गांधी का यह बयान उनकी लाचारी, अनुभव की कमी एवं भ्रष्टाचार के खुले आरोपों को सहन न कर पाने की बौखलाहट है। अपने कद से अधिक बोलना उनका स्वभाव बन चुका है। धीरे-धीरे शकुनि मामा की सलाह पर दुर्योधन बनने का अHयास कर रहे हैं। बड़ों के प्रति उनकी भाषा सम्‌मान जनक भी नहीं रही। इस दृष्टि से राजीव गांधी व्यवहार कुशल तो थे ही। हो सकता है बोफोर्स सौदे में सोनिया गांधी के आगे उनकी न चल पाई हो। अब हो रहे खुलासों में तो स्वयं सोनिया गांधी के मुंह से यह सामने आ रहा है कि उनके माता-पिता इस शादी के लिए तैयार नहीं थे। मनोवैज्ञानिक धरातल पर भी इस तरह के वक्तव्यों के भावी प्रभावों का आकलन होना चाहिए। कांग्रेस के बाहर देश ने उन्हें आज तक अपना नेता नहीं माना। भ्रष्टाचार के मुद्दों में हर जगह उनका ही संकेत माना जा रहा है। स्विस बैंक खातों की चर्चा इसकी पुष्टि भी कर रही है। ऐसे में राहुल गांधी के वंशवाद का शंखनाद क्या गुल खिलाएगा शायद उनको भी समझ में नहीं आएगा। पड़ौसी देशों की राजनीति और आपसी व्यवहार पर क्या प्रभाव पड़ेगा। घर में पहले ही फूट डालो, राज करो का नारा बुलन्द है। काश्मीर में जो वंशवाद कांग्रेस ने स्थापित कर दिखाया, उसकी प्रतिक्रिया कांग्रेस सुनना भी नहीं चाहती। वंशवाद ही तो लोकतंत्र का हत्यारा है। इसी से मुक्त होने के लिए देश में आजादी की लड़ाई हुई। और आज हमारे शासकों के इतना खून मुंह लग गया कि वे सत्‌ता पर सदा काबिज रहने की मानसिकता खुले आम प्रकट करने लगे। या उनके मन में यह डर बैठ गया है कि उनके हाथ से सत्‌ता के जाते ही सारे भ्रष्टाचार के मुद्दे सार्वजनिक हो जाएंगे। विदेशों में जमा कालाधन छीन लिया जाएगा। दूसरी राजनीतिक तकलीफें भी आ सकती है। वैसे तो उनका यह सारा डर निर्मूल है। अन्य दल भी सत्‌ता में आते ही धन बटोरने में व्यस्त हो जाएंगे। उनको भी भ्रष्टाचार का भूत नहीं सताने वाला। हां, उस वक्त राहुल वंशवाद की बात न करें, तो कांग्रेस फायदे में रहेगी। कांग्रेस ने आरक्षण के रूप में वंशवाद को एक नई दिशा भी दी है। यह लोकतंत्र के पेड़ के लिए अमर बेल का काम करने लग गई है। नक्सलवाद शुरू से ही वंशवाद का शत्रु रहा है। लिट्टे भी उसी का एक वीभत्स रूप रहा है। सरकार सारे नक्सलियों को मार सकती है, उनकी जमीनों और जंगल हड़प सकती है, किन्तु उन्हें पुनर्जीवित होने से नहीं रोक सकती। न कुदरत के नियमों को बदल सकती है। वंशवाद सत्‌ता के अहंकार का ही दूसरा नाम है। अत्याचारों की नींव पर ही टिक सकता है। त्रेता, द्वापर की कथाएं साक्षी हैं कि ऐसे वंश की जड़ें नया वंश पैदा नहीं कर पाती। समय की लहरों में सिमट जाती हैं।

सबसे बड़ी शर्म की बात यह है कि, जिन कांग्रेसी नेताओं ने आजादी की लड़ाई में भाग लिया, वे सब मौन हैं। एक ने भी यह साहस नहीं दिखाया कि ये बयान लोकतंत्र के माथे पर कलंक ही नहीं काला धब्बा है। कहां चला गया, इन सबका जमीर?

This is ridiculous . Seriously dynastic politics s'd be avoided then only we can see new and educated face without any political background. I am sorry to say pas is samay toh ye chal raha hai ki baap ne khaya hai aur beta uspe parda daal rha hai. Agar ye chalta raha toh na hi scams kabhi khul payenge aur na hi public ke paise ka proper utilization ho payega. Raajneeti koi aise cheez nahi hai jo wasiyat mein milti.
