Before puchase of samsung mobile phone

 My  samsung S-5380 cell has some defect due to this
cell automatically switch off when power on.

Before that I have been already given to the service station for
repairing six to seven times.
Service station's staff always says that no problem after this
servicing but i face problem again and again

Last time the Customer care excutive told me next time we replace your cell phone.

Now my cell are in service centre & they told me Samsung have not any Policy to replace theire products they only provide   

repairing & sevicing.

So all CCl memebrs & frnds What can i do now ?
