Banking/operation of account

481 views 1 replies

We are a partnership with 4partners, 2partners in one group and 2partners in one group.

the bank account (cheque signing) is operated by any one of us.

we want to make joint signatory. That is, one from our group and the other signatory from the other group.

is it possible and will the bank accept such a request.

thanks

Hi mustafa,

There is no problem with signature of both partners in  the Checks...

Bank will never deny for that beacuse both partners are from same partnership firm.

you will submit a request to the bank by stating the above requirement along with the "Revised Partnership Deed" .

Here revised partnership deed means make changes to operation of bank account by both partners instead of partner alone.
