Pls update me about Bank statutory audit 2011-12,what is the RBI final decision regarding Advances limit,Whether RBI has sent the list of auditors to banks,Whether any firm has received any offer letter or call from any bank regading appointment for bank audit.

It means the old pattern of bank audit will remain same,Pls update what will be the proceedure of allotment of bank as this year our firm is in under rotation.

No news still.... known sources are declining to comment on outcome of meeting proposed on 9th march
Members of EIRC has informed in the Seminar on Bank Audits on 10th March, 2012 that the matter is lying with Finance Ministry and it will be taken up by the Ministry only after presentation of Budget, 2012 on 16th March, 2012.
