bank payment not reflecting in e cash ledger

amount successfuly transferred but e cash ledger showing RS.0 till now in bank not returned what should do
in bank checking e pay order transaction is successful

payment done on 19/8/17 but other 3b payment to other gstn reflected immediately

also happened my my case but payment transferred within 48 hours.

same thing happened with me, after 48 hrs payment status failed gstn portal.
Now bank told to fill dispute form, & I will get reversal of payment after 7 days.
created new challan now, yet to b paid.
